NDA Project

To respect NDA agreements, this case study does not include the original designs. Instead, it recreates a parallel scenario that reflects similar user problems, constraints, and design decisions. I’d be happy to share more details about the real project in a private conversation.

The Users

Our clients are not professional “heisters”

They are everyday individuals who rely on their service providers to handle the details with discretion and precision.

The Problem

Clients struggled with...

Our clients struggled with fragmented communication, untracked documents, limited mobile access, and little visibility into their heist progress, leaving them feeling disconnected from their own operation.

Prototypes + Iteration

Blueprints & breakthroughs: iteration in action

I mapped user flows across billing, messaging, scheduling, document management, and case tracking. From wireframes to high-fidelity prototypes, I tested with the service crew and stakeholders, iterating the designs based on real user feedback.

🧩 Making case progress clear at a glance

I simplified the home interface to highlight real-time progress, key updates, and priority actions.

🧩 Clarifying document uploads and progress tracking

I enhanced the document experience with clear progress feedback, intuitive task separation, and info hierarchy for required actions.

🧩 Enhancing appointment scheduling visibility and access

I redesigned scheduling to help clients easily track meetings, view history, and sync events to their calendar.

🧩 Centralizing important update notifications

I simplified navigation by taking users directly to the full notifications page, ensuring important updates are never missed.
